Bonair joins the Euvic Group and Human Cloud

Euvic acquired a 15 percent stake in Bonair, a company specializing in the implementation of domain systems for the financial sector as well as Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM for the manufacturing, service and administration industries. In this way Bonair has joined the Euvic Group, the largest federation of IT companies in this part of Europe. The company has also entered the Human Cloud cluster which brings together the leading Polish IT companies and academic centers of the Slaskie region.

Bonair’s general shareholder meeting agreed to the acquisition of the company’s new share issue by Euvic on the first day of July. It also decided then to appoint Wojciech Wolny, CEO at Euvic, as a member of Bonair’s Supervisory Board. Both companies emphasize that this is a very important event for them because of the potential synergies.

“Our companies know each other very well and have carried out a number of joint projects. For instance, Euvic’s engineers participate in the works related to the implementation of the ERP system for Poczta Polska (the public postal operator in Poland) in which they are responsible for the Enterprise Service Bus and integration. We have decided to strengthen this cooperation by creating capital ties between our companies and at the same time expand its scope by joining the Euvic Group and the Human Cloud cluster,” said Andrzej Wach, CEO at Bonair.

Bonair (www.bonair.pl) employs 200 staff, including highly qualified analysts, designers, consultants, programmers and system engineers. The company has 25 years of experience in the IT market in Poland. For the Euvic Group Bonair’s most valuable assets are its competency in the field of ERP implementation as well as the geographical reach of the company’s operations. It has offices in 5 cities in Poland, its largest operating center being the company’s Warsaw office. Now it will become Euvic’s major competency center in Warsaw.

“It looks like the federation model of cooperation proposed by Euvic works in practice. We have grown in strength and the transactions include more and more parties. The latest two – the purchase of a stake in Bonair and previously in Hycom, specializing in omnichannel commerce solutions, have provided our clients with access to 400 new specialists,” said Wojciech Wolny , CEO at Euvic.

The Euvic Group has clients in 15 countries and provides the following services: IT outsourcing, software design, development and testing, implementing the solutions of leading suppliers (in the field of business intelligence, cloud computing, ERP), application integration and IT help desk. The Group consists of several leading Polish IT companies which also cooperate in the Human Cloud cluster (www.humancloud.pl), especially in the area of exports.

Earlier Euvic (previously operating in the market under the brand name LGBS) acquired stakes in such companies as Hycom SA, X-Code, Grupa Spot (the company was incorporated into Euvic last year), Speednet, Bipronet, IT-Dev, Fild.Net and Omnis. The Euvic Group also includes LGBS Energia, its Austrian co-founder LGBS – LG Nexera AG, Internetium and Euvic’s subsidiary in the US – Euvic Inc. Another company associated with Euvic is Multishoring.info which specializes in providing nearshore IT services.
