Channelnomics.eu: “LGBS rebrands as Euvic and merges with two stablemates”

Polish outsourcer LGBS has merged with two of its partner organisations and rebranded as Euvic.
In recent years the Gliwice-headquartered firm has acquired stakes in a number of companies across the central and eastern Europe (CEE) region. The result has been a collective of companies working together while retaining their status as independent firms.
Euvic’s business is divided into five distinct units: IT outsourcing; software development and testing; implementation services for BI, cloud computing, and ERP; application integration; and IT helpdesk.
