Creating, maintaining, and expanding an IT system for a client from the public administration sector

Nowadays, we are dealing with an increasingly dynamic population flow and migration, especially economic migration, is no longer a surprising phenomenon. Public administration has to adjust to this world that is open to people, reaching for newer and better-developed e-services. The goal is to provide the public administration and citizens with the possibility to handle day-to-day administrative matters quickly and efficiently.

Efficient management of the employment of foreign nationals

Data resources are a strategic area for public administration. That is why a high level of their computerization is necessary. Our clients know very well that modern problems require modern solutions, and they are increasingly willing to use them.

One of our clients decided to modernize an application they were already using and to rewrite it in new technology with our help.

The system created by us supports the process of issuing administrative decisions concerning work permits for foreigners in the Republic of Poland.

Its main goal is to automate and optimize the work of government departments and officials and to control the work of foreigners in Poland more efficiently.

What distinguishes this solution? Full integration with selected external services, the ability to process applications submitted both in the traditional way and online, and efficient service of geographically dispersed administrative units.

Quality and security of the IT system

The decision to cooperate with Euvic was made based on a tender procedure and resulted in many completed works, such as:

  • analytical and graphic design,
  • software implementation,
  • development and administration/maintenance of the system,
  • the ongoing removal of any errors and failures occurring in the system,
  • full support for end-users, including training and service.

The customer, using the new version of the software created by us, quickly achieved the following results:

  • issued 434,640 administrative decisions,
  • approved 418,413 submitted applications,
  • processed 59,666 electronically submitted applications.

We carried out all the works with high attention to the confidentiality of data processed in the system and with particular care for the observance of security procedures. The updated software allowed for better management of the employment process of foreigners and made it possible for them to start work sooner.
