Information exchange and team cooperation coordination

News about the COVID-19 pandemic has already spread throughout the world, and the virus has also reached Poland. Our invisible enemy is already a visible threat not only to life and health but also to the economy. It is the reason why everyday thousands of people are losing their jobs, and thousands of companies are wondering how to reduce unemployment and maintain their current work efficiency.

In response to these emerging challenges, we have gathered a team of experts to help clients coordinate the exchange of information and team cooperation. As a result of this, today we are presenting Crisis Communication Power Apps – a tool created for crisis communication.

What is Crisis Communication Power Apps?

Crisis Communication Power Apps combines the capabilities of such tools as Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams and SharePoint and is available in web and mobile versions. It is a solution tailored to the needs of modern businesses and it was created for employees and employers. It helps employees to submit requests for special support, as well as report their work status (e.g. remote work or office work), which, through automatic notifications, is immediately reported to the appropriate persons. This functionality helps managers to coordinate teamwork and gives the ability to track the status of the entire organization, facilitating the management of possible shifts. What’s more, the application allows administrators to communicate with employees on an ongoing basis by sending them messages, updates, and additional content. It also allows you to add RSS feeds of current information from reputable sources such as WHO, CDC or local authorities.

Crisis communication on its highest level

This user-friendly tool suits any enterprise and connects end users with information about the crisis. It lets you quickly update and deliver internal company messages and provide answers to frequently asked questions and share important information, such as emergency contacts.

The application is available to users of the new trial version of Office 365 E1 and all business and educational plans.
