Tokai COBEX joins the Euvic’s clients group

The Euvic company started the cooperation with another international client, taking over the entire IT infrastructure management.
Tokai COBEX is a leading producer and supplier of carbon and graphite products used in the aluminum, primary iron, and other steelworks industries. The company operates worldwide, is one of the innovators in its markets, and employs over 900 employees.
The most important cooperation goals were:
- improving the security of IT operations and business continuity by enhancing access to IT resources and specialized knowledge,
- streamlining the IT activities of the company: quality and standardization of services, optimization of the use of resources and increasing the scalability of services and resources.
The above-mentioned goals will be implemented by:
- a team providing services, responsible for daily customer support and operations of migrated systems and equipment, consisting of employees of remote technical support, remote administrators and employees of the monitoring center and specialists on demand,
- an implementation team responsible for the handover process, consisting of highly qualified architects and IT administrators.
We appreciate that the Tokai COBEX has entrusted us with the IT infrastructure transformation, and we will do our best to complete the project.
